March 10-12: CHALLENGING VIRGO FULL MOON

MOON remains in LEO until 12:05pm EST - See March 8. MOON IS VOID OF COURSE from 12:05pm until 5:07pm when it ENTERS VIRGO where it remains until Sunday, March 12 at 10:36pm. LAST ASPECT OF MOON: Moon Opposite Mercury in Pisces.  NOTE: Eastern Daylight Time begins at 2:00am on Sunday, March 12. Virgo is polarized by its planetary ruler, Mercury, so this period is likely to have difficulties in the area of Communication and our mental/analytic abilities. This Mutable Earth sign can be overly critical with a hard aspect. With the opposition it's likely that someone else will be criticizing us. Do your best to speak or write as clearly and accurately as possible. Breathe into the situation and don't take the bait. Re-direct the conversation towards compromise. We're building toward a FULL MOON on Sunday, March 12 at 10:54am at 22 Virgo. With the Moon Opposite the Sun in Pisces, the tension will be rising! The Moon opposes Neptune at 3:09pm EST on Friday, so this already difficult Moon period may get pretty confusing leading up to this time. Virgo can symbolize integration. This moon could reflect a condition of disintegration. Memory may elude us. We may also see some boundaries being crossed. Stay as clear as possible and stand up to any improprieties with integrity. Double check information. The optimum use of the opposition is to honor both ends of the polarity. In this case, identify the whole picture or how to unify (Pisces) to give context to Virgo's attention to details. Otherwise, actions initiated during this time will tend to have CHALLENGING resolutions.

SCENE FOR THE DAY: Regarding Henry, 1991; Director: Mike Nichols. Prominent attorney Henry Turner (Harrison Ford) is shot during an attempted robbery and because of the resulting brain injury finds his mental and motor skills dramatically impaired. In this scene his daughter Rachel, with whom he previously had a distant relationship, teaches him to read again. We witness how separate letters and syllables form words which give us the larger context of meaning through language. The joy expressed between father and daughter at Henry's ability to access this profound skill again is magnetic for the audience. This once eloquent orator, who used words primarily to conquer, will now find words from the heart and rediscover the unity of family.
